Enjoy free shipping on all orders delivered within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico. For International orders, additional shipping charges apply and are displayed at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Orders typically take 1–5 business days to process before shipment. After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will check whether a correction is still possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email garygpw@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged deliveries, include photographs of the packaging and affected items when possible. We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and help determine the available resolution.
